Shipping / Returns & Cancellation Policy

Shipping Is Free and the shipping time Is calculated on the address submitted by the client during checkout. 

Due to COVID-19 regulations and policies, we have a strict no return and no exchanges policy for all our products.


If there is any special case where you believe that you have received a damaged product or received the wrong item, please email us at along with the picture of the product and your order number and we will try our best to answer your query at the earliest (does not include Saturday and Sunday).


In any case where we do approve a cancellation/exchange, all products must be returned in their original packaging and with the tag still attached (wherever applicable) and couriered to our head office. Only upon receiving the original item the exchange will be initiated. If we are unable to exchange the item because of the product or size being out of stock, you will receive a personalised discount code which can be used for any future purchases at



No used products will be exchanged. If a product is received in broken packaging or with a damaged piece, then the exchange is not guaranteed.

Cancellations are only accepted within 24hrs of placing your order, after which the order cannot be cancelled. Refund will be initiated post successful cancellation and the amount will be refunded in the customer account with in 8-10 days.
